My fresh spring mix greens with heirloom tomatoes! It’s healthy, refreshing, satiating and a great detox salad!

Perfect for a girl or guy who is sweating for the wedding hahaha…

+ 1 bag mixed greens (organic preferred) from you local grocery store

+ 2-3 large organic, heirloom tomatoes

+ extra virgin olive oil 1/8 c

+ freshly squeezed organic lemon juice 1/4-1/2 cup depending how much you want

+ sea salt and black pepper

In a large salad bowl, empty the lettuce. Wash and chop your tomatoes and pat dry any excess water with a paper towel. Add the tomatoes atop your lettuce. Place your olive oil and lemon juice in a mason jar. Shake up your lemon olive oil dressing every time you want to have some salad. I prefer not to pour the dressing over the entire salad so it stays fresh. I also like to add a dash of black pepper and pink himalayan sea salt- goes great on the heirloom tomatoes. This salad should last you the week! I place saran wrap tightly over the bowl and walahhh! Ready, on the go healthy greens.
