A note from Shanna…

So let me just say anyone who knows me, knows how much I LOVE Latin music! In fact, when I first started taking Latin lessons years ago, I think I embarrassed my teacher with too much hip shaking and bunny hopping. Thank goodness he was patient, LOL! To help you get your own hips shaking, I’ve compiled a bunch of hip, fast, fun Latin songs and DJ renditions for my classes with beats that everyone can dance to!

“Good music inspires great moves,” said ME! I will have you guys moving to the beat and dancing the basic, fun and easy steps of Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Paso Doble, Salsa, and Merengue in no time. Combining the effects of a great cardio with a few modern ballet moves – plié and relevé just to name a few, you will be amazed at how quickly your body can and will transform. My legs look even better than when I was competing professionally thanks to all of the pliés I do in a single class! And my abs have never been stronger from all of the crunching we do dancing Samba and hip circling dancing Merengue!
