My favorite skinny margaritas! Try these guys at home or when you’re out, ask the bartender to make yours like mine so you cut down on those calories! (lose those icky skinny margarita mixes- they hide more calories than you think!)

+    2 ounces tequila (Silver Patron or the Trader Joe’s blanco version displayed above are my fav’s)

+     1 lemon freshly squeezed

+     1 lime freshly squeezed

+     sparkling water (lime or lemon flavored is great, club soda works too)

++ add ice to fill your glass. Pour the tequila and freshly squeezed juices on top. Add sparkling water and fill to the top. If you prefer a less tart version, add a teaspoon of maple syrup. Serve in your stylish margarita glass and enjoy!

++ for the “mocktail” version replace the tequila with your choice of lime, lemon juice or sparkling water. Serve in your margarita glass and enjoy!
