CLASSICAL EQUIPMENT: Jump on the barrel for intensive stretching and killer abs. The pedi pul and arm chair provide excellent arm and back workouts all the while engaging your core, strengthening balance and abdominals. The cadillac and trap tables have their own array of strengthening total body exercises to compliment. Our wunda chair is a wonderful workout of its own providing diverse and ever so challenging ab and leg exercises! At Maximov Pilates we offer the complete pilates circuit package classically done, in a modern setting!

MAT: A series of exercises performed on your mat incorporating the elements of Pilates core and posture work while focusing on complete body strengthening exercises. We increase your flexibility through a series of exercises by utilizing stretches, light balls and weights, magic circles and most importantly, your core muscle groups.

Okay ladies and gentlemen- Pilates is a must for everyone. By far my favorite workout on the planet! I’ve been in the fitness world a LONG time and have yet to find a workout as diverse, mentally and physically challenging, all body encompassing and core strengthening as reformer pilates. I am definitely not the most patient person and I get bored very quickly. If you are like me, pilates is a perfect fit for you! My students are always amazed every time I give them a new move- with thousands of exercises to choose from, it’s impossible to get bored!
