MAT: A series of exercises performed on your mat incorporating the elements of Pilates core and posture work while focusing on complete body strengthening exercises. We increase your flexibility through a series of exercises by utilizing stretches, light balls and weights, magic circles and most importantly, your core muscle groups.

Okay ladies and gentlemen- Pilates is a must for everyone. By far my favorite workout on the planet! I’ve been in the fitness world a LONG time and have yet to find a workout as diverse, mentally and physically challenging, all body encompassing and core strengthening as reformer pilates. I am definitely not the most patient person and I get bored very quickly. If you are like me, pilates is a perfect fit for you!
