Sessions can be 45 minutes to 1 hour and incorporate a variety of exercises. From mat pilates to sprints and circuit training, we do what it takes to safely help you reach your goals. Cardio, strength, stretch and endurance all combined in one individualized session.

A note from Shanna…

For me, personal training is that platinum platform in fitness! Personal training shows me how dedicated a person is to achieving their goals and desired results efficiently, safely, and quickly.My biggest pet peeve is when I see trainers allowing their clients to do exercises unsafely. Something perceived as simple as cuing a client to lower their shoulders or engage their glutes in a core exercise is actually quite crucial to a client’s safety and their desired results. I want everyone to be strong, fit, healthy and injury free!! That’s why you’ll always see me right next to my client, calmly or loudly 😊 cuing them how to most efficiently and safely perform each exercise.

My favorite way to train clients is through a circuit of interval training. Top studies have shown interval training to be the best way to burn calories and lose weight, tone up and get fit. My knowledge and several certifications keep you doing new moves each session. I can alter your routine on a consistent basis to keep your body transforming through a series of exercises ranging from weights to pilates, yoga, barre and even swimming!
