Okay girls, (and guys, too) you’ve totally got to try my barre class. No excuses! As you can see from these photos, my barre babes are graceful, strong and athletic. Let that be you, too! When I retired from professional dancing, I was so worried I’d lose my dancer legs and abs. Luckily, I created a barre class for my students that has helped me maintain those dancer muscles. I think I’m actually stronger than before. Thank God for barre!
